SECURE FOLDER APP VERIFICATION ISSUE

No banking app is able to validate in secure folder as they are not able to send sms. I am not able use the banking app in secure folder. How to make it possible?

My mobile model no is S21 FE.

PLEASE GUIDE.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Also clear catche and clear data of this app then try to it's again. Not able to use mobile banking app due to failed SMS verification from my S21 samsung device

I tried uninstalling etc.. Now Inside Secure Folder, it failed to activate the login process .. while the app tries SMS verification it says "SMS Sending Failed, Please try again" ... BTW the same SIM can complete the login process outside of Secure Folder ..

Before upgrade, Its work in Secure Folder ..

Same here. In my previous samsung mobile a50s, secure folder issue appeared after the update. With my new phone s21 fe the same thing is happening. Samsung does it knowingly so that we buy their new phone. So unprofessional. I'll shift to some other brand.

@Samsung can we please have the solution for this
