Currently we only have options move images / files to secure folder.
But sometimes i don't want to move data, I just want to create copy of that data.
Senario : I have my office number whats app inside secure folder. But when I want to share photos to people on that whatsApp, Auto blocker maximum restrictions convert them to .bin files.
Only way to share those is to move images to secure folder and then share, my data is backed upd to onedrive. You no longer able to backup data which is inside secure folder. So images moved inside are not being synced.
Anyone else interested in this feature. Or my case is too corener case.
It's better if there is a button. What I do now is let onedrive to sync the photos, and once that done I move them, so I have an online copy visible in the main galary and original copy in a secure folder.
This works when I am connected to wifi it is generally expensive to sync on mobile data.
This is how you can do it without moving pics to secure folder:
Go to Gallery Tap on the pic you want to share Click on Share icon In app list , scroll all the way to right Click on "More" Choose Secure Folder You will get a new app list for only Secure Folder Choose WhatsApp there.
You have shared that pic , without moving that pic to secure folder.
