Quiet Mode

The secure folder stopped working for me saying that it is in a Quiet Mode, how can I reach to that, I tried to contact with Samsung support team they said that:

     "Kindly note that work mode tile was              getting added for secure folder too,                quiet mode should not be called for                secure folder. Add recovery code to get        secure folder out of quiet mode."

I've never seen any setting about Quiet Mode, how can turn it off for the secure folder.

Settings > Work profile (or search for that) > Uninstall work profile.

Is your handset second hand, or a fresh one?

A fresh one but the os was renewed because it had some issues before, but that happened like year and a half ago, this problem appeared within a month now

Are you comfortable with a factory reset?

Hi, 

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service center to get it checked out and help resolve the issue

Then you can try to reset all Settings before factory reset. Goto Settings > General management > Reset > Reset all settings. Have a try.
