Can someone from Knox team help me here, I have a Samsung  galaxy S20FE and due to multiple incorrect passwords my phone  got locked, however I unlocked it by November 2023 using the Samsung account, however post that my phone got  unlocked but showing a new error message stating " please enter your password which contains 4 letters and 1 character".

I have set my pin( only digits no characters) only not sure why im I getting this error even after a successful remote unlock. I went to samsung showroom they gave me only reset option, I cannot afford lose my data as I did not create a back up number 1 also, data it contains are my baby pictures which I cannot afford to lose as it's 4year memorable data.

Can someone tell me from Knox what is the requirement from my end to unlock it as I have been trying ways to reach many ways for these 2months to reach Knox team. Please help
