I think the reason behind excessive use of RAM is due to the OS. Samsung always adds it's own features like Touch Wiz, Device Maintenance, Samsung Pass and so on.. These processes can't be killed manually because they are deeply integrated. Plus those added Samsung default apps like galaxy store, S health, S Voice and other similar apps also take up the space. I think Samsung should provide a better solution for removing it's stock apps or atleast let us disable them.
