One Ui 7 Secure Folder Not hiding application Activities

I am uisng secure folder for long time now and the best update was in the one ui 6 I was using it as follow:

- Disable secure folder using the taskbar shortcut.

- access it usung a short cut that I have created using "shortcut maker" with the secure folder main activitie.

the behavior in ui 6:

- whenever I swip away from an application inside secure folder the application will still be running but it will not show in the recent apps list.

- to access the application again i have to use the secure folder shortcut i created then open the app.

after the one ui7 update even though that secure folder is disabled, I can see all the apps in the recent apps list 😕.

shouldn't secure folder application stay hidden when its disabled?

will this be fixed? or will i have to downgrade.
