Not sure why...Heating

Right now there is no heat in my area temp is normal , but not sure why my device heating when I am using normal apps in secure folder like Gmail or files or switching apps normally it's heating 
Not sure why device is getting heated for day-to-day task 
Not playing any games 
Is multitasking of simple apps is heavy for samsung devices
M15 f15 f55 m55 a55 ...

Some people will say it's due to new update u have to reset every time for new update
Do high end device users like s series format their device every month
Why this type of shity update to budget device which has very less feature but more bugs and issues
Youtubers should include samsung is good for only high-end devices in their praise parade....

This is always true that if you need a flagship like experience you should go for s series or fe series phones. But Samsung also in there a series phones like a30 series or a50 series give a price tag which is not suitable for that. So I think either they should cut down the price or give good specs for the price. Because at the end no people f*** what is inside the phone and they used it thought that this is a great phone which is not. Even I got my a55 device in exchange of my previous device around 26k which is understandable.

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

7. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Tap on Download > Downloading updates > Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

8. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this:
• Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next.

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)
