Not able to move contacts to secure folder

After updating to one ui 4 on my s10+, I have not been able to move contacts in or out of secure folder. The option to move to secure folder is just gone. Other apps like gallery and my files are not affected

Contact nearest police station.... Cops may help you get them secured 😂
