You have to download shortcut maker, that app allows you to lock the shortcut versions of the apps you want to secure. After locking the shortcuts you can hide or put the original apps in secure folder.
Still it's a 3rd party app... Network speed meter, reply to notification pop up ....there are some basic feature that company of Samsung's calibre should provide.
