We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.
Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
Step 1: Navigate to the apps screen tap on Secure Folder and enter your set unlock code.
Step 2: If you have incorrectly entered your unlock code or pattern, choose Forgot Pattern.
Step 3: Tap on Reset.
Step 4: Enter the Samsung account password and tap on OK.
Step 5: Select another lock code or pattern.
After performing the troubleshooting steps if the issue still persists, kindly get back to us with additional information- Error log file, video, or screenshots. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your concern
To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
