It usually happens after screen replacement.
As far as I know you should goto service center to rectify it.
Wait for others suggestions too.

and as of now Reboot in a safemode and then try

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

its sad! now better to visit service centre dear
or from your side only you can try now a factory reset but not sure it will work or not, but if you want to try then backup all your data with Samsung cloud, photos and documents with Google photos and and drive
and also take backup on any other mobile/ laptop by using smart switch
