Transaction History

Dear Samsung Devs,

Im regular user of Samsung wallet for past 1 year. But i could be able to view transaction history of upto last 3 months only. Its really frustrating to track my spending made earlier as it shows last 3 months of transactions only. Could you please help us in viewing transaction history from first usage?

for tracking transaction history other app is useful

yes, im still wondering why should we use this application hereafter?. If i knew this earlier, i would have sticked with gpay, phonepe, paytm. Not this one.

i would also like to recommend you not to use this for transaction as sometime it failed while others are nice than this

For transaction failure, im okay with that. But the problem is whats the business use case for not showing the transaction history older than 3 months? How are we supposed to use this application where it lacks the basic use case of all transactions history not showing up

i never seen a financial application which allows our transaction history restricted to 3 months onlh

As per your issue, we request you to please report the problems with a log file. Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Please be informed that there is no need to generate log for this problem. Its a basic necessities that a payment app should have to provide. Please let us to be able to view entire transaction history made through samsung wallet from its first usage
