Recharge failed amount refund

Hi 
I recharged my mobile with samsung wallet and selected phonepe for payment. Transaction was successful in phonepe but it failed in wallet. I cant even see the transaction in samsung wallet nowhere to raise a dispute or check refund status. Amount not yet refunded.

Contact Phonepe and raise ticket with them..it's a merchant failed transaction and it should be refund within 48 hours.

Hopefully you checked the snip, merchant transaction is success, same is replied by phonepe support.

Yeah...I see that and here Samsung pay is merchant and not successful at Samsung Pay..that's why I said that

You can raise a dispute on it, I did get a response on quite few transactions lot of times

This is not the first time it has happened with Phone pe. The fault is of phone pe, they will automatically reimburse the sum, they usually claim this, but the reality that phone pe lies, I mean

Accha bhai, we can do payment from other apps in samsung pay, useful when required payment mode is not available in wallet.
