Issue with MasterCard Debit Card registration

I've been using Samsung wallet for tap and pay for more than a year now, and have all kind of debit and credit cards registered.
An update was rolled out recently where all the data of Samsung wallet was cleared out automatically post the update.

Since then, I'm unable to authenticate/register my Axis Bank MasterCard Debit Card. This had been working fine earlier. It works in GPay tap and pay as well.

Activation otp is not being received.
I suspect the mobile number being parsed on the app is incorrect. The total number of digits are coming as 12. Might be country code getting prefixed in an incorrect manner.
