To those trying to redeem your free black friday purchases.

Look for the ad on the members only app, featuring the samsung budsand cell phone. Click on the link.
It takes you to a product registration page. Fill out your name, cell number, Imei number, email contact details, where you bought the product from.
Submit the info.
You should get an email in 30 minutes with a reference number.
Bear in mind that they have to verify ur purchase. It then takes 2-3 weeks to dispatch ur free gift. With a little luck and patience, you should get it before Xmas

I bought my A25 at samsung online store and it was hard at first but I got my earbuds through the redeem and whoever is confused because there is no A25 at the top where it shows the galaxy eligible to redeem just go ahead there is an option on the form where you pick your device A25. Thank you Samsung I am very happy.
