Thank you for contacting Samsung Levant support 

kindly try to go to settings > general management > > reset settings as that will only reset the settings for your device without deleting any data 

then try to re add your fingerprint again

i tried restarting it many times but it doesn't work. and i can't add any other beacause of this message appearing

Hello my dear, please do a restart for your device. If the problem does not solve, please make sure that you update your device to the latest version by going to settings, then updating software, then downloading and installing. If it is updated, please go to the nearest authorized service center. Thank you.

the software is up to date android 9 it don't need an update now

Remove the fingerprint and record it again. If the problem dosen't solve, do formatting to your device

it's not recognizing that i'm pressing it and when i want to record a new one the message up it poping .. formatting wont help me since i reset the setting and nothing changed
