Sorry Bro. The Samsung Pay "NFC" and "Samsung Knox" security based service and your mentioned device don't have "NFC" and "Samsung Knox" feature. But you can use Google Pay from "Play store" Screenshots below...

I don't think so. Both of them secured by Knox. M series dosen't have it. So no chance. You can use Google pay though.
Samsung pay also need NFC
