why samsung pay is not available in pakistan?????

Samsung pay in not available on unlocked or International models. As in Pakistan no carrier offers such facilities so there is no samsung pay.

No banks in Saudi Arab or in Pakistan support Samsung pay.

Well if you want to be sure you can contact your local bank and ask them if they support Samsung Pay. I also bought my s7 edge from KSA and it doesnt work with samsung pay. If your device to says not compatible then the region you are in doesnt support Samsung Pay.
