samsung pay otp issue

Why am i not getting an otp at last while registering my debit card in samsung pay. It shows retry option but that didn't work too. Help ASAP!

I read some article about otp i think this from bank side ...

nope they told me to ask samsung

But if otp not received then its not ur device fault if they told you to ask Samsung but i guess if you contact them then they will tell you to contact bank but anyway contact Samsung by using get help section

it is bank issue only. tell bank I am getting all other otp only for this not getting

bank told me that they didn't knew any thing about it and ask samsung.
