samsung pay error

after sucessfully download of samsung pay in my galaxy s7

i tried to register but a pop shows that samsung pay cannot read the mobile number from sim.

i tried everything but it stil cannot run.

you have to delete it and download it again as apk .. I have the same issue before

i try to uninstall it but its not getting uninstall.

I am also in UAE. try downloading from play store. and check your phone software is updated. it is working on s7 edge for me.
