Dear Samsung Admin,
I am unable to add (HDFC) card in samsung pay in Galaxy A9pro mobile and unable to activate it due to pin verification not receiving to register mobile no.I have tried to reboot the mobile also tried to remove and re-insert the sim again but no luck.kindly help me to resolve the issue as i m unable to add particular card only.

This problem happens to me also i am trying to add my HDFC debit card but i am not receiving otp for verification

instead of selecting Mobile number for otp select email ID shown for otp...it happened with me also but once I selected otp on email ....then all goes well otp comes and further card added

hi admin team,
even after following the process you have mentioned and resetting the phone i m not able to add hdfc card in samsung pay it still stuck on verification please help me by sending the customer care contact no or any other method which i can add my card to samsung pay
