I'm facing issue while adding my DB card in Samsung pay. Even, after activating international transactions, I can't able to add my card. 
After contacting my bank, they are saying as like you having permission to access Samsung pay through your card.

Then, either bank or samsung is at fault

Also enable the card less / contact less / tap and pay transaction in the card

Try adding the card not by taking picture but by manually entering the number

Well, I tried all the possiblities..😑 but the result was directed by "Robert B weide"
