Wrong events/ promotion poping up [Region problem]

Hello! I recently bought samsung s22+ but when I checked the samsung pay app, the events that were hosted in china was poping up even though I dont live in China. I tried to change the region but there were no option for that. I checked my samsung account and it is set to where I live but samsung pay was still showing events hosted on china in chinese. The alerts were also in chinese. How do I fix this problem.

check the payment method in your galaxy store app and please let me know

please install and register MyEtisalat UAE app or du, it's essential for galaxy store payment option
then
clear data for galaxy store and Samsung pay
restart your device and log in to galaxy store and agree the terms
then log in to Samsung pay
