Wifi disconnects whenever gets on a simple call

Hello Members,

I have observed a very strange issue on my Note10+, whenever I get on a simple mobile call, my device's WiFi gets disconnected even if I am just 2 meters away from the broadband/router.

Is anyone else has experienced the same issue and what would be the probable reasons behind this, any help...?

nope but speaking of bluetooth, there is a rental scooter called Bounce where few vehicles have bluetooth operations.
so i have observed something strange eventually, i could able to operate with bluetooth on my phone, then i had to sign in another phone and operate. Everyone else's phones that i know haven't faced anything similar

Whenever I get on normal phone call, during that period WiFi automatically gets disconnected...even I am just 2 meters away from the broadband/router...

oh my bad, that was supposed to be WiFi connection....

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset network settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings).

2- Check it with any other router.

For further to analyse the issue kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
