Samsung PayIf Samsung Pay / Wallet isn’t working on your Galaxy S24 Ultra, please try these steps:
1. Update the app → Open Galaxy Store / Play Store and make sure Samsung Wallet is on the latest version.
2. Check region support → Samsung Wallet only works in certain countries. If your phone or Samsung account is set to an unsupported region, the service won’t run.
3. Update software → Go to Settings > Software update and install the latest updates.
4. Enable NFC → Go to Settings > Connections > NFC and contactless payments → Turn it ON and set Samsung Wallet as default payment app.
5. Clear app cache → Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Storage > Clear cache & data, then sign in again.
6. Re-add your cards → Sometimes you need to remove and re-register your cards after updates.
7. If it still doesn’t work, contact Samsung Wallet support to check card/region compatibility.

Samsung PayThanks for checking. Since it’s still not working, let’s try a couple more things:
1. Safe Mode Test → Restart your phone in Safe Mode (long press power button → hold "Power off" → select Safe Mode). Then try Samsung Wallet. If it works there, a third-party app might be interfering.
2. SIM & CSC check → Samsung Wallet needs a supported SIM/network and correct CSC (region code). Go to Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider SW ver. → check if your CSC belongs to a supported region (example: INS, XSG, etc.).
3. Reinstall Samsung Wallet → Uninstall updates / reinstall the app from Galaxy Store.
4. Check Google Play Services → Wallet depends on it. Update Google Play Services from Play Store.
5. Contact Samsung Support → If none of these work, it could be an account/region restriction or a deeper system issue. Best to reach out via Samsung Members → Support → Error reports.
