My Samsung Pay is not working on S22 Ultra, But on S9 plus its working perfectly, its mean there is no issue for my Bank or my Debit card, there is problem with Wallet app, could anyone please help me out.

Before it was working, then i replaced the motherboard from Samsung, and after repair wallet was not working, on my other mobile its working perfectly and email is also coming when ever i am trying to run wallet that 02 devices are registered in Wallet.

Also i am unable to add my debit card in Galaxy store to purchase any thing, before repairing it was working there.

Hello. Sorry to read this. If the motherboard replacement was fairly recent, I suggest you approach Samsung support again to look into this issue. All the best.

Thank you, i went there as per them they said we can try to install again software but we are not sure it will work after software, and i don't want to move my data again i said if you are not sure then leave it and i run my wallet on my iphone, now every time i have to carry my both phones

Please note that certain apps, like Samsung Wallet, it will work only in the region where your device was meant to be used. Please provide us with the IMEI ( settings- about phone - IMEI 1 ) to confirm if the device is designed for the Gulf region.

IMEI provided, before motherboard replaced i was using wallet on Same device, but after replacement i am unable to use.
