Unable to find Samsung Wallet

Just got my new S23 Ultra and it doesn't have Samsung Wallet nor can I download it from Galaxy Store. I'm in the UAE so if anyone in the UAE has Samsung wallet, please let me know.

Oh. Mine didn't even have it pre-installed and it doesn't show up on Galaxy store. Sideloading the apk also didn't work..

Yes. It is UAE Version

Yes. Apparent it was an out of region device. Samsung customer care told me to get it replaced. New one is fine.
