Some banks are not supported. You need to check if your bank is supported through Samsung pay website:

First check if your card is active and it's not expired then if all fine, Try those steps:

1. Clear cache
2. If still, clear data
3. Then uninstall Samsung Wallet and reinstall it again

If all those steps does not fix the issue, contact support.

Hello,

Kindly make sure that the app is updated to the last software update, you should clear cache the app from the settings > apps > Samsung wallet app > storage > clear cache. Make sure that the card you're using is local and the bank is supported as per the link below https://www.samsung.com/ae/samsung-pay/. If the issue still exists please send capture of the issue to be able to help.

This is super bad Samsung. Why an international version does not support UAE cards ? Do i need to buy a new phone just to add a card to my new S23 ? Shame
