I am unable to activate my card on Samsung pay. after entering the card details for the first time an OTP is supposed to be entered to register the card.

according to the bank Samsung pay is not sending an OTP and hence the Bank is not sending it.

now I'm only facing this problem when trying to enter my ICICI card. I'm getting OTPs for all other transactions from the bank for the same card.

I have tried all the troubleshooting methods.

also the bank is unaware of their Tele verification even though it's clearly mentioned on their websited79318b1-99d3-48e2-9435-f7d260657b9d.jpg
