You'll receive the money back in few hours or days. But would suggest you to complaint at Samsung

I am also facing the same issue while adding money to my linked Paytm wallet and have also approached Samsung Customer Support many times but have not received any resolution. Was this problem solved? Please let me know or direct message me. Thanks.
