I am regular user of samsung pay but after reinstalling samsung pay app I am not able to see my existing reward points of around 1000. Pl arrange for restitution of my reward points at the earliest. I have already raised this point several times with the Customer care but it is yet to be resolved.  Also Samsung Pay Grade has been degraded from Platinum to Silver Level.

Also I am unable to see previous purchased gift cards and transaction history.

Please help ASAP.

Any issue with your Samsung Account? Or mobile number linked with Samsung Pay?

It seems you logged into a different Samsung account on your new device. I bought a new device, logged into the same Samsung account and restored almost 2500 rewards. No issues.
