Please try the following steps to help resolve the issue:
- Update Samsung Wallet: Open the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store and ensure Samsung Wallet is updated to the latest version.
- Clear cache and data: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Tap Storage > Clear cache. If the issue persists, also try Clear data (note: you may need to sign in again).
- Update device software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure your phone is running the latest firmware.
- Re‑add payment cards: If cards are not syncing properly, remove and re‑add them in Samsung Wallet.
- Safe mode test: Restart your phone in Safe Mode (press and hold Power > tap and hold Power off > Safe mode) to check if a third‑party app is interfering.
- Reinstall Samsung Wallet: Uninstall the app, then reinstall it from the Galaxy Store.
