Samsung Wallet is not available at samsung store

I couldn't find samsung wallet in my samsung store for my S23 Ultra. Ive tried other option like to download from google play store. But it says unsupported. 

I've got a middle east version.

Could somebody tell me what might be the possible solutions ?
