Samsung Wallet for access card digital key

Hello, I saw the news from Hong Kong Malaysia Singapore saying Samsung Wallet now can use as access card. It will be available in the UAE too? 

I'm so excited about it as no need physical card to unlock my door! 

Please anybody from Samsung can answer?
