Samsung PayHi ! I have the same issue. Could you please help me ? The phone was bought in a store in La Reunion but seemed to be imported from somewhere in eastern Europe.

Samsung PayI also have the same issue. I live in Mainland China but bought my phone in Hong Kong so I could have the Play store. Now I can't use Samsung wallet. My CSC is ozs_tgy.
