I am experiencing difficulties with the functionality of the Samsung Wallet application following the recent software update on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra device.

Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software-related issues. Please try restarting your device .

Safe Mode: Boot your device into Safe Mode to determine if the issue is caused by third-party apps. To do this, press and hold the Power button, then press and hold the Power off option until you see the Safe Mode prompt. Tap "Safe Mode" to exite the mode please restart the device

Provide us with the IMEI : from settings - about phone - IMEI 1
