Samsung Pay in Philippines?

When is Samsung Pay going to be available in the Philippines cause my Samsung Pay only says that it is currently available in the UAE.

samsung pay gulf (UAE, Oman, kuwait, ksa, qatar, bahrain)

i contacted samsung about other countries they said they will launch soon after plan with banks

I have same problem I bought my s8 in Dubai and I try to add my Philippine credit card can't work
