Samsung Pay - how to change the origin country

I got s7 edge from Dubai from my brother, but now unable to use Samsung pay in India. is there a way to change the origin country so that samung pay can be used in India.

I buy my smartphone in Dubai, but I live in brazil, and i can't register my credit card in Samsung pay

I got my S7 edge from Dubai and using it in India. It does not supports Indian cards. pls help.
