So guys couple of weeks before I've posted an issue about the Samsung pay quick access function is not functioning properly reg,. Check out that post for further information. So the problem is I've enabled ultra data saving mode . So when i added Samsung pay to the background data apps the quick access function is actually works like a charm.. So i think when background data is restricted for the Samsung pay the system puts it to sleep even when this app is added to "apps that won't put to sleep ".. let me know what you think in the comments...
