Samsung Pay Not installing in My Galaxy watch 4 due to some regional issue

I live in the UAE, the Samsung watch and my phone was purchased in UAE. But i am not able to install the Samsung pay app in my watch 4. It shows that not supported in your region where as my uncles Galaxy watch 2 and watch 5 doesn't show this. They too bought the device from UAE.

Try resetting your watch. Please make sure you have selected UAE while reregister the watch.

I actually didn't have to do much since my wear app is already connected to my account and the zone was set to UAE

Sometimes there issue with the watch latedt update like the plugin update or samsung pay plugin check all that out make sure it all updated
