I am still waiting for Samsung to push Samsung Pay update which was promised clearly on Samsung Pay India Website when Samshng Pay was launched in India way back.
Till then I have contacted Samsung Care several times over 1.5 years.Initially they informed that it's in testing and will be launched soon. But now I have checked and they are telling me that Samsung has changed their mind and they will not launch Samsung Pay on Gear S3 in near future.
