location in my samsung pay app is of UAE so thats why im facing a problem please fix it .I think is working like this cause i bought it from Dubai . Is it the problem ??? Please give me a feed back

It is because your app isn't activated. Please download the apps from the above google drive link and this would activate your Samsung pay app.

the app and framework is not supporting any sbi cards

SBI debit cards are not supported at the moment. In case of SBI, only credit cards are being supported as of now.
