I hope we get more features on the samsung pay app like countries like US already have. Since it is still in the starting phase in UAE we can understand why these arent added yet. I believe features such as Samsung Rewards, payment and loyalty cards backup are making its way to the app very soon for the UAE customers.

It accepts cards from any bank that supports it. There is no country restriction. You just need to get the app activated.
