Not just rupay card. It only supports very limited bank's card.

when? no one can tell you but you can send feedback to Samsung by using get help section by selecting proper section

yes I also use rupay card.. Samsung need to add national banks

If my 58k s21 can't pay from my RuPay card then this feature is useless for me.
