Samsung's careless attitude like this will eventually lead to a downfall just like Nokia, and it's already losing its dominance. I used to love Samsung, but now I'm thinking of switching to another brand. I'm using the S23 Ultra, and while waiting for the UI 7 update, my hair and beard have already turned grey, yet I still haven’t received it.

Yeah, Samsung totally dropped the ball with loyal customers. You should totally switch to OnePlus; their new 13T looks way better, and the processor's amazing.
