As a resident of Dubai, I purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra from Noon last year. Despite my location, I am unable to access the Samsung Pay application on my device. Upon contacting Samsung customer service, I was informed that the Samsung Pay service is not available for phones produced in the Saudi Arabia region.

In light of this situation, I would like to inquire about the timeline for the availability of Samsung Pay on phones in the Saudi Arabia region.

Hello. Sorry to read this. A minor inconvenience. If you don't mind, you can enquire with Samsung Support if they can install the official Samsung OS for the UAE. This will give you UAE centric apps/services. It also means you will not have access to any Saudi Arabia specific ones anymore. There's no guarantee they'll want to do it, but you can check with them.

Alternatively, and this is a much simpler suggestion: you can use another payment app/service, like Google Wallet.

Actually, it does work. I think the problem is on the phone itself. I got mine from samsung itself, and it's working fine.

And sometimes the bank doesn't support it. Like smils card or booking card from adib.
