Hello I have an issue with purchasing on Google Play.
I'm trying to pay a product with my carrier mobile phone, but each time I have an error message OR-CAC-13.
- I clear the cache of Google Play
- I disconnected and reconnected my account
- An SMS is received from my carrier when I try to activate this payment method, and the proper option is activated in my carrier options.

But unfortunaltly I still have this issue.
Can you provide support?

Kindly note that you need to contact the service provider (Google) along with your bank.
