How to complete payment with NFC via samsung wallet?

how to use samsung wallet to purchase via NFC? 

I already registered my credit card💳 

and I don't know why samsung deduction 4 LE from my account ? 

Also when I tern my NFC options ON

my device Can't complete the payment at any market via Pos..!!

otherwise I have to complete the payment with the card itself ??
