I have been getting this error for months now every time i contact Samsung pay service desk they ask me to reset the app and restart device but the issue was never fixed. Can someone please help me with this?

Have you tried logging out of and back into your Samsung account ?

Go to settings -> Accounts & Backups -> Accounts -> Samsung Account.
