I am having an issue with the latest Samsung pay wallet as its not adding the cards I have.

Followed all the ways to reset it

I have reseted the program and removed all the data from it yet it's the same issue


Note: latest S25 Ultra Pre orderd online

Hi Amjed, can you attach the error?
Are you importing the cards(saved on your account) or scanning them? If you're in the uae, they have a number dedicated to the wallet issues and they can guide you step by step, it's an 800 number so toll free.

Same here. I tried using both my local bank’s debit and credit Visa cards, as well as my American Express card, but none of them would add. I keep getting a message that says, “Couldn’t connect to card issuer. Try again.” Everything was working fine on my S22 Ultra.20250204_192533_1000180751_1738773117.jpg

Just received a call from Samsung support. It seems like they are aware of the problem and a software update should be coming out shortly to resolve the issue.

UPDATE 

Just updated to the latest Wallet Version 5.8.61 and everything is working fine now!

I'm having the same problem with my S25, rendering Samsung Pay unusable for me. The latest update to 5.8.61 did not resolve the issue.
